Please ensure to select the Initial consultation option when booking for all services.

Please ensure to select the appropriate Follow Up consultation time for your appointment. Note, if you are an existing client and have not seen one of our practitioners for 6 months or more, please ensure to select a minimum 60 minute appointment option.

Video or phone consultations. We use Cliniko as our telehealth video platform. To access the platform simply click the link in your confirmation email at your scheduled appointment time and you will be directed to the waiting room where your practitioner will join you. If you prefer a Telephone consultation, please ensure to request this by replying to us when you receive your reminder text and email a few days before your scheduled consultation.

We hold face to face appointments in Byron Bay. If you are booked in for a face to face appointment please arrive at your designated appointment time as we do not have a waiting area. Onsite visitor parking is available.

For initial appointments, please ensure you have filled in your new patient form sent in your confirmation email prior to your appointment. If you are seeing us via telehealth, please ensure you are in a quiet and private space where you are likely not to be disturbed for the duration of your session. Any pathology can be emailed to the clinic prior to your appointment by replying to your confirmation email.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24hrs a cancellation fee will be charged. Same day cancellation or non-attendance will incur a charge of the full appointment fee.
